HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

Delivery for ALL of our beautiful bunches and flower crowns is FREE! 

Really?! Yep. We deliver to anywhere within Canberra, at no extra cost to you.

WHEN ARE OUR FRESH FLOWERS DELIVERED?

We deliver Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Deliveries for business addresses will arrive by 5pm and residential addresses by 7pm at the latest.  If an order is placed for a product displayed as sold out, it will be treated as a pre-order for the next available business day. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate for specific delivery times at this stage.

WHAT IF NOBODY IS HOME?

We will do our best to find a safe, shady spot to leave the flowers if no-one is there to collect them. We will always ensure that they have a water source to keep them hydrated. If there isn’t a safe place to leave the flowers, we won’t leave them there. You will be charged an additional $12 re-delivery fee, and the flowers will be delivered the following day.

DELIVERY TO BUSINESS ADDRESSES

Please, please, please include the business name  and the recipient's phone number on the delivery details. This helps us find location, which can be super tricky when we don't know what we are looking for. Also, if you don't tell us it is a business address, we don't know that it is one! We need to know so that we can have the flowers delivered before COB.

0221, 2600, 2601, 2602, 2603, 2604, 2605, 2606, 2607, 2608, 2609, 2610, 2611, 2612, 2614, 2615, 2616, 2900, 2901, 2902, 2903, 2904, 2905, 2906, 2911, 2912, 2913, 2914.

WHAT ABOUT QUEANBEYAN, MURRUMBATEMAN AND GOOGONG?

Currently we do not deliver to Queanbeyan, Murrumbateman, Goonong or any areas outside of the ACT. I apologise for the inconvenience. 

CAN I SELECT A DELIVERY TIME?

Flowers are delivered to residential addresses between 7am and 7pm, and to business addresses between 9am and 5pm. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate for specific delivery times at this stage.

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE ENTERED THE INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Oh no! Please get in touch as soon as possible at: lovecocoblossoms@gmail.com to let us know. We hold no responsibility for delivering to an incorrect address, and it is up to you when you place the order to ensure the correct address is given.
